Travel and stay operator activity
Marmotte Society designs, organises and sells stays and tourist services within the meaning of Articles L. 211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code. The company's application for registration with the travel and stay operators register held by Atout France is being processed. Pending this registration, no package tour or travel service is concluded through the Site: the form is only used to send us a request, without commitment or payment. The operators' register can be consulted at registre-operateurs-de-voyages.atout-france.fr.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. Prior to any commercial activity, Marmotte Society will join the Tourism and Travel Mediation scheme (MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, mtv.travel).
Intellectual property
All elements making up the Site (texts, logo, trademark, graphic charter, structure) are protected by intellectual property law. Photographs and videos belong to their respective authors and are used with permission (see Credits below). The Marmotte Society trademark is registered with the INPI. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
