Marmotte Society was born of a shared passion: experiencing the mountains to the full, in every season.

Allen has spent his life on skis, all the way to the Olympic Games. Héloïse grew up between the slopes and the great names of hospitality. Two different paths, one shared conviction: the mountains are best experienced when someone who knows them shows you the way.

The idea came naturally. Friends asked us to plan their stays: how best to spend each day, the right addresses, the right guides. Then their friends did the same. Each time, we found the same pleasure in bringing it all together, and the same happiness in their eyes as they left. One day, it became clear: what we were living here deserved to be shared.

Allen Behlok

I grew up in Lebanon, between the sea and the mountains, and between three languages: French, Arabic, and English. It was high on the Lebanese slopes that everything began, long before the Alps became my second home.

Skiing took me to the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, where I represented Lebanon in slalom and giant slalom. Before the mountains there was the sea, and my first sailing races. Mountain and aerial sports, speed riding, paragliding, climbing, highlining, freeriding, naturally became my path, and after a Master's in International and Sports Management in Geneva, Val d'Isère is where I now call home.

When night falls, I trade one summit for another. As an international and festival DJ with a deep love for disco and electronic music, I know exactly when the day deserves to continue.

What truly drives me is people: the conversations and chance encounters with travelers from all over the world, who leave carrying a small part of the mountains with them. Marmotte Society was born from these passions.

Co-Founder

Héloïse Brulé

I grew up between two worlds: the city on one side, the mountains on the other. Paris gave me a taste for art, culture and beauty; the Alps passed on a love of nature and wide open spaces. My youth was written between classes during the week and ski races on weekends, across every corner of the French Alps.

With a master's degree in Luxury Hotel Management from Vatel, I nurtured my passion for service in several houses, including Le Meurice, where I learned the art of hospitality and the pursuit of excellence. Alongside this, I trained in artisan pastry and baking, out of a love for gastronomy and for craft done well.

But the mountains never left me. A state-certified ski and snowboard instructor, I made teaching a second calling. Paragliding, climbing, hiking, I love every sport that becomes one with nature.

These two worlds became my way of seeing things, then my way of working. Marmotte Society was born of that double life, and of the desire to bring all my passions together into one.
